Combination HOCATT™ Sauna & PEMF Therapy

Our HOCATT™ & PEMF sessions are designed for comprehensive wellness in one streamlined appointment. You'll begin with the detoxifying and immune-boosting benefits of the HOCATT™ sauna, which uses a combination of ozone, far-infrared heat, steam, and carbonic acid. Following this, you'll transition to PEMF therapy, a gentle yet powerful treatment that works at a cellular level to reduce inflammation and promote natural healing. The entire session is tailored for comfort and convenience, leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and balanced.

Initial Consultation (15 minutes - for first-time clients)
Before your first session, you'll have a brief consultation with Angela. This allows her to understand your specific wellness goals, address any questions, and ensure the session is tailored to your individual needs.

HOCATT™ Sauna Therapy (Approximately 30 minutes)
You'll then experience the multi-faceted benefits of the HOCATT™ sauna. This innovative technology combines:

• Far-Infrared Sauna: Gentle heat penetrates deeply to promote detoxification, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension.
• Ozone Therapy: Ozone is introduced transdermally to support the body's natural healing, enhance oxygen utilisation, and promote a healthy immune response.
• Carbonic Acid Therapy: Carbon dioxide forms carbonic acid on the skin, which helps dilate blood vessels, improving circulation and oxygen delivery.
• Steam Sauna: Moist heat further aids in detoxification and promotes skin hydration.
• Aromatherapy (Optional): Pure essential oils can be added to enhance relaxation.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy (6-12 minutes)
Following your HOCATT™ session, you'll experience the gentle yet powerful benefits of PEMF therapy. During this time, you'll relax comfortably while a device emits pulsed electromagnetic fields at specific frequencies. PEMF therapy works at a cellular level to:

• Support Cellular Health: By stimulating cellular communication and energy production.
• Reduce Inflammation: Helping to alleviate discomfort and promote healing.
• Improve Circulation: Further enhancing blood flow and nutrient delivery.

To ensure the best and safest treatment for you both, an initial consultation is mandatory for all new clients. During this confidential assessment, Angela will discuss your health and wellness goals to ensure the treatment is right for you. Please be aware that there are a small number of contraindications to sauna and PEMF therapy, which you can review in our FAQ.

We offer concession packages available for 3, 5 and 10 HOCATT™ + PEMF sessions.

Once you have scheduled your first session, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a secure link to your 'client booking portal' where you can schedule and manage all of your upcoming appointments and schedule your remaining sessions.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Open your confirmation email from Oceanbeach Oxygen
2. Click 'Customer Portal link'
3. Once you have logged in with your private password
4. On the top left click 'Subscription Bookings'
5. Click the green button 'Manage'
6. Click 'Book Remaining Slots'
7. Schedule the appointments as you need

If you have any trouble booking, please reach out.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20%  of the reserved services or $40, whichever is more.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• If you have used a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
• If you have booked an appointment and wish to request a refund for your paid services please email angela@oceanbeachoxygen.co.nz
