Our HUGO™ Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) sessions are designed for your comfort and convenience. Each appointment is a quick and effective 20 minutes, during which you will remain fully clothed. The advanced HUGO™ system delivers a gentle, targeted electromagnetic field to your body, stimulating cellular activity without any discomfort. It’s a completely non-invasive and relaxing experience, offering a simple way to support your body's natural healing processes and enhance your overall well-being.

To ensure the best and safest treatment for you both, an initial consultation is mandatory for all new clients. During this confidential assessment, Angela will discuss your health and wellness goals to ensure the treatment is right for you. Please be aware that there are a small number of contraindications to sauna and PEMF therapy, which you can review in our FAQ.

We offer concession packages available for 5 and 10 PEMF sessions.

Once you have scheduled your first session, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a secure link to your 'client booking portal' where you can schedule and manage all of your upcoming appointments and schedule your remaining sessions.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Open your confirmation email from Oceanbeach Oxygen
2. Click 'Customer Portal link'
3. Once you have logged in with your private password
4. On the top left click 'Subscription Bookings'
5. Click the green button 'Manage'
6. Click 'Book Remaining Slots'
7. Schedule the appointments as you need

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20%  of the reserved services or $40, whichever is more.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• If you have used a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
